Cookie Policy
1. Use of cookies and similar storage
Our pages currently use only technically necessary cookies and browser storage such as Local Storage and Session Storage.
We currently do not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. For that reason, we do not currently use a cookie banner to request consent for tracking purposes.
2. Technically necessary cookies
Technically necessary cookies may be set for the following purposes in particular:
- Authentication and login: for example Supabase authentication sessions, login status, password reset and protected areas.
- Security and state information: for example OAuth flows, abuse protection, request state or server-side session management.
- Hosting and deployment protection: depending on the current environment, technically necessary cookies from our hosting setup, for example through Vercel, may be used. This can include short-lived security cookies for verification or protection mechanisms at hosting level.
The exact names of individual technically necessary cookies may change as our infrastructure or authentication services are updated. In addition to authentication cookies, hosting or security cookies with changing names may therefore appear depending on the environment.
3. Local Storage
We also use Local Storage to store functional settings and views directly in your browser. This may include in particular:
- Theme setting and language.
- Sidebar widths, table widths and other layout preferences.
- File explorer cache and UI states in the files module.
- Recently opened notes and view status in the knowledge module.
- Recently opened chats, inbox sidebar caches and chat-related UI states.
- Assistant drafts, assistant and inbox chat history, scroll positions and chat backgrounds.
- Project, calendar and quick task preferences and other purely functional UI caches.
These entries are used for usability and are not currently evaluated by us for advertising or tracking purposes.
4. Session Storage
We use Session Storage for short-lived states within a running browser session, for example return paths or temporary navigation contexts when switching between calendar and settings views.
5. Third parties related to cookies or browser storage
- Supabase: authentication and session management.
- Vercel: hosting, routing and, where applicable, deployment or security functions.
- SvelteKit / browser storage: technically necessary application states.
6. Managing and deleting storage
You can delete or block cookies, Local Storage and Session Storage at any time through your browser settings. Please note that this may limit login, saved preferences or individual BizzConnect features.
