Public Beta Terms and Disclaimer

1. Public developer beta

BizzConnect is currently provided as a public developer beta. The product is free to test during this beta phase unless we expressly offer a separate paid plan or paid feature. It is not a finished production service.

Features, interfaces, integrations, pricing, limits, data models, storage behavior and availability may change at any time. We may add, remove, reset, suspend or discontinue parts of the beta without prior notice where this is needed for development, security, testing or operational reasons.

2. No important or sensitive data

The beta is meant for testing, feedback and evaluation only. You must not enter, upload, connect or process information that is important, confidential, business-critical, legally sensitive or otherwise difficult to replace.

  • Do not use BizzConnect as the only place where you store files, tasks, notes, calendar data, messages, customer information or other work content.
  • Do not enter passwords, secrets, payment card data, government IDs, health data, highly confidential business information, sensitive personal data or information you are not allowed to share.
  • Keep independent backups of anything you choose to test with. Beta data may be changed, corrupted, delayed, deleted, lost, migrated, anonymized or reset.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the beta may be public, invitation-based, waitlist-based or otherwise limited by us. We may refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate access at any time where necessary for security, abuse prevention, development, capacity management, legal reasons or product changes.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent caused by you or by your failure to protect the account.
  • There is no claim to registration, activation, continued access, specific features, support, data export or uninterrupted availability.

4. Free beta and possible future paid features

The public beta is currently intended as a free testing product. If we later offer paid features, paid plans, storage, seats, AI usage or other paid services, the terms shown at the time of purchase will apply in addition to these beta terms.

  • Payment, subscriptions, checkout, invoices or customer portal features may be handled by Stripe if paid functionality is offered.
  • We may change or remove free allowances, test credits, limits, preview features and beta access rules at any time.
  • Unless a separate paid agreement is made, the beta is provided without service levels, support commitments, uptime commitments or continuity commitments.

5. Acceptable use and your content

  • You may use BizzConnect only lawfully and only within the intended beta testing scope.
  • You must not upload, store, share or process content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, violates privacy or confidentiality obligations, or that you are not authorized to process.
  • You remain responsible for files, notes, messages, tasks, calendar data, prompts, integrations and any other content you provide.
  • Abuse, security attacks, scraping, unauthorized automation, attempts to bypass limits, reverse engineering, disruption of the service or misuse of AI/integration features are prohibited.

6. AI features and third-party integrations

BizzConnect may include optional AI features and third-party integrations, including OpenRouter or selected model providers, Google Calendar, Outlook/Microsoft, WhatsApp/Meta or similar services.

  • AI output: AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unsuitable. This includes estimates, priorities, time suggestions, classifications, summaries, recommendations and automation results. You must review outputs before relying on them.
  • Provider routing: Depending on model selection and routing, AI requests may be processed by different providers, including providers outside the EU/EEA.
  • Optional integrations: Third-party integrations are used only when you connect or use them. You remain responsible for the content, permissions and rights connected with transmitted data.
  • Included context: If you actively use AI features, the content included in the request may be processed, including tasks, notes, files, attachments, chats, calendar data and other platform context.

7. No warranty and no production reliance

  • The beta is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not guarantee that BizzConnect will be available, secure, accurate, complete, compatible, bug-free, error-free, fast, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee that data will be stored, synchronized, processed, displayed, exported or recovered correctly.
  • Do not use the beta for production operations, legal obligations, emergency workflows, safety-critical work, financial decisions, medical decisions, employment decisions or other high-impact decisions.

8. Changes, resets and termination

  • We may change these terms where legal, technical, operational or product reasons make this necessary. The version made available at the time of continued use applies.
  • We may change, restrict, remove or discontinue features, APIs, integrations, limits, workspaces, accounts, data structures and content as part of beta development.
  • We may clean up, migrate, anonymize, reset or delete beta data, accounts, workspaces or test content unless mandatory legal obligations require otherwise.
  • You may stop using BizzConnect at any time and disconnect integrations. There is no claim to continued beta access or unchanged continuation of the product.

9. Data after termination

  • After access or integrations end, data may be deleted, blocked, anonymized or retained in a technically necessary form where required for security, settlement, documentation, abuse prevention, backups, recovery, legal obligations or legitimate operational reasons.
  • Integration and connection data, including tokens, are generally retained after disconnecting only for as long as needed for technical deactivation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, backup or recovery processes.
  • Billing and tax records, if any, may be kept for the applicable statutory retention periods.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any content you need before ending access, especially because beta export and recovery features may be unavailable or incomplete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this free public beta is limited to intent and gross negligence.

  • Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected, including liability for injury to life, body or health, liability under product liability law and liability in cases of fraudulent concealment.
  • For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage.
  • We are not liable for loss of beta data, unavailable beta features, failed synchronization, incorrect AI output, integration errors, missed deadlines or business interruption except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
  • You are responsible for decisions, actions and work results based on AI outputs, synchronized third-party content or beta functionality.

11. Governing law and venue

  • German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
  • For consumers, statutory venues and mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
  • If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, our registered office is the place of jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted.
